I got a Motorola Q cellphone from Verizon a week ago. It worked great, but they battery died after less than a day. I replaced the phone with another Motorola Q, but it had the same problem. Dead cell phone batteries are no fun. Fortunately Motorola offers a free and easy fix. Just download and install their software update. You must sync your data first, because the update will completely overwrite your cell phone memory. Stay near a land line, in case you need to call Motorola tech support at 800-657-7576.
