How to get the Rebate Form for your Verizon Wireless Cell Phone

  1. Call Verizon Wireless Customer Service at 800-922-0204
  2. Tell the agent that you purchased a new cell phone and there was no rebate form in the box.
  3. If the agent tries to transfer you to the rebate processing center, tell them that they only process forms there. They don't have any blank ones to give out.
  4. If the agent tells you to get a form online, tell the agent that you tried that and the web page is malfunctioning.
  5. If the agent tells you to get the form from the store, tell them that the store ran out of forms.
  6. If the agent tells you to try the store again tomorrow, tell them that you have already been to the store three times asking for the form. (Feel free to be creative here. Tell them that the store is 100 miles away, was destroyed in a flood, went bankrupt, was shut down by the state's attorney general ...)
  7. If the agent doesn't have the form, ask to be connected to a call center that has it.
  8. If the agent doesn't know which call center has the form, ask for a supervisor. The supervisor will know.
  9. When the agent or supervisor asks if it is ok to email you the form say yes
  10. Ask the agent or supervisor to say on the line while you check your email. My form arrived instantly. Yours should, too.
